Data logging?

    Can someone please explain to me how to use the data logging in support, and what I can expect from it?

    I have seen the video, and think I understand it!
    But I have sent 2 data logs to support on febuary 1st 2015 and as of yet not had any
    acknowledgement or reply.
    Do you know why?

     I have sent in maybe a dozen logs and only heard back about 1....

    So I put it to support!
    why have I paid nearly £2,500 for this tool with the promise of "support, and training"
    when they won't even acknowlage my data request?

    Thanks ede65, its a shame that they don't at least acknowlage that we have sent something! (I think they need to alter the data logging video)!

     What's the S/N and car model of the datalog? let me check.
    Due to large quantity, we are not able to reply every log in time. 
    Btw, pls remember to put detailed problem desription in the log, datalog without description may be regarded as invalid.

    I think the S/N of the data log is 2015-02-01_16-10-53, and the car is a UK 2004 Land
    Rover discovery 2 .
    The problem is that when playing with the suspension calibration it goes through all
    the prosess of lifting to put the blocks in possition, lowering to sit on the blocks,
    setting calibration values, raising to remove the blocks. but then when it says it will
    lower to the correct hight, nothing happens, as in it does not lower it just stays up.
    Also when setting to transport mode, it does not lower the suspention when it is meant

    to.
